The educational level of the average citizen (regarding the history of the United States) appears dull, vacant, and downright stupid. The average congressman or senator appears just as dull when it comes to cap and trade legislation. It may be that people who want to sell their homes in the future will encounter stiff regulations and fees. The average American voter, just as ignorant as Jay Leno's interviewees, seems to have bought a hideous pig in a poke when they elected our current administration and their tyrannical enslaving policies.
