Many sorrows shall be to the wicked; But he that trusteth in Jehovah, lovingkindness shall compass him about.

Amplified® Bible
Many are the sorrows of the wicked, but he who trusts in, relies on, {and} confidently leans on the Lord shall be compassed about with mercy {and} with loving-kindness.

Darby English Version
Many sorrows hath the wicked; but he that confideth in Jehovah, loving-kindness shall encompass him.

King James Version
Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about.

Revised Standard Version
Many are the pangs of the wicked; but steadfast love surrounds him who trusts in the LORD.

Young's Literal Translation
Many `are' the pains of the wicked; As to him who is trusting in Jehovah, Kindness doth compass him.
