For Jehovah heareth the needy, And despiseth not his prisoners.

For the Lord hears the poor {and} needy and despises not His prisoners (His miserable and wounded ones).

For Jehovah heareth the needy, and despiseth not his prisoners.

For the LORD heareth the poor, and despiseth not his prisoners.

For the LORD hears the needy, and does not despise his own that are in bonds.
