The proud have forged a lie against me: With my whole heart will I keep thy precepts.

The arrogant {and} godless have put together a lie against me, but I will keep Your precepts with my whole heart.

The proud have forged falsehood against me: I will observe thy precepts with [my] whole heart.

The proud have forged a lie against me: but I will keep thy precepts with my whole heart.

The godless besmear me with lies, but with my whole heart I keep thy precepts;
