MEM. I have seen an end of all perfection; `But' thy commandment is exceeding broad.

I have seen that everything [human] has its limits {and} end [no matter how extensive, noble, and excellent]; but Your commandment is exceedingly broad {and} extends without limits [into eternity].

I have seen an end of all perfection: thy commandment is exceeding broad.

I have seen an end of all perfection: but thy commandment is exceeding broad.

I have seen a limit to all perfection, but thy commandment is exceedingly broad.

Of all perfection I have seen an end, Broad `is' Thy command -- exceedingly!
