To him that spread forth the earth above the waters; For his lovingkindness `endureth' for ever:

To Him Who stretched out the earth upon the waters, for His mercy {and} loving-kindness endure forever;

To him that stretched out the earth above the waters, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

King James Version
To him that stretched out the earth above the waters: for his mercy endureth for ever.

Revised Standard Version
to him who spread out the earth upon the waters, for his steadfast love endures for ever;

Young's Literal Translation
To Him spreading the earth over the waters, For to the age `is' His kindness.
