American Standard Version
Walk with wise men, and thou shalt be wise; But the companion of fools shall smart for it.

Amplified® Bible
He who walks [as a companion] with wise men is wise, but he who associates with [self-confident] fools is [a fool himself and] shall smart for it.

Darby English Version
He that walketh with wise [men] becometh wise; but a companion of the foolish will be depraved.

King James Version
He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.

Revised Standard Version
He who walks with wise men becomes wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm.

Young's Literal Translation
Whoso is walking with wise men is wise, And a companion of fools suffereth evil.
