Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she laugheth [at] the coming day.

Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.

Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she laughs at the time to come.

Young's Literal Translation
Strength and honour `are' her clothing, And she rejoiceth at a latter day.
