Blessed are they that hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

Amplified® Bible
Blessed {and} fortunate {and} happy {and} spiritually prosperous (in that state in which the born-again child of God enjoys His favor and salvation) are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness (uprightness and right standing with God), for they shall be completely satisfied!

Darby English Version
Blessed they who hunger and thirst after righteousness, for *they* shall be filled.

International Standard Version
"How blessed are those who are hungry and thirsty for righteousness, for it is they who will be satisfied!

King James Version
Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

Young's Literal Translation
`Happy those hungering and thirsting for righteousness -- because they shall be filled.
