He that is not with me is against me, and he that gathereth not with me scattereth.

Amplified® Bible
He who is not with Me [definitely on My side] is against Me, and he who does not [definitely] gather with Me {and} for My side scatters.

Darby English Version
He that is not with me is against me, and he that gathers not with me scatters.

International Standard Version
"The person who isn't with me is against me, and the person who doesn't gather with me scatters.

King James Version
He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.

Young's Literal Translation
`He who is not with me is against me, and he who is not gathering with me, doth scatter.
