American Standard Version
And when the devil had completed every temptation, he departed from him for a season.

Amplified® Bible
And when the devil had ended every [the complete cycle of] temptation, he [temporarily] left Him [that is, stood off from Him] until another more opportune {and} favorable time.

Darby English Version
And the devil, having completed every temptation, departed from him for a time.

International Standard Version
After the devil had finished tempting Jesus in every possible way, he left him until another time.

King James Version
And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from him for a season.

Young's Literal Translation
And having ended all temptation, the Devil departed from him till a convenient season.
