But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not: ye are of more value than many sparrows.

But [even] the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not be struck with fear {or} seized with alarm; you are of greater worth than many [flocks] of sparrows.

but even the hairs of your head have been all numbered; therefore fear ye not, than many sparrows ye are of more value.
