`Some' of the multitude therefore, when they heard these words, said, This is of a truth the prophet.

Amplified® Bible
Listening to those words, some of the multitude said, This is certainly {and} beyond doubt the Prophet!

Darby English Version
[Some] out of the crowd therefore, having heard this word, said, This is truly the prophet.

International Standard Version
When they heard these words, some in the crowd were saying, "This really is the Prophet,"

King James Version
Many of the people therefore, when they heard this saying, said, Of a truth this is the Prophet.
