Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my word, he shall never see death.

I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, if anyone observes My teaching [lives in accordance with My message, keeps My word], he will by no means ever see {and} experience death.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, If any one shall keep my word, he shall never see death.

Truly, truly I tell you, if anyone keeps my word, he will never see death at all."

Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death.

verily, verily, I say to you, If any one may keep my word, death he may not see -- to the age.'
