And this is life eternal, that they should know thee the only true God, and him whom thou didst send, `even' Jesus Christ.

Amplified® Bible
And this is eternal life: [it means] to know (to perceive, recognize, become acquainted with, and understand) You, the only true {and} real God, and [likewise] to know Him, Jesus [as the] Christ (the Anointed One, the Messiah), Whom You have sent.

And this is the eternal life, that they should know thee, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent.

International Standard Version
And this is eternal life: to know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent-Jesus Christ.

King James Version
And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

and this is the life age-during, that they may know Thee, the only true God, and him whom Thou didst send -- Jesus Christ;
