For these are not drunken, as ye suppose; seeing it is `but' the third hour of the day.

For these men are not drunk, as you imagine, for it is [only] the third hour (about 9:00 a.m.) of the day;

for these are not full of wine, as *ye* suppose, for it is the third hour of the day;
