ye who received the law as it was ordained by angels, and kept it not.

You who received the Law as it was ordained {and} set in order {and} delivered by angels, and [yet] you did not obey it!

who have received the law as ordained by [the] ministry of angels, and have not kept [it].

International Standard Version
You received the law as ordained by angels, and yet you didn't obey it!"

King James Version
Who have received the law by the disposition of angels, and have not kept it.

Young's Literal Translation
who received the law by arrangement of messengers, and did not keep `it'.'
