And Philip opened his mouth, and beginning from this Scripture, preached unto him Jesus.

Then Philip opened his mouth, and beginning with this portion of Scripture he announced to him the glad tidings (Gospel) of Jesus {and} about Him.

And Philip, opening his mouth and beginning from that scripture, announced the glad tidings of Jesus to him.

Then Philip opened his mouth and, starting from this Scripture, told him the good news about Jesus.
