And when they had finished {and} fulfilled everything that was written about Him, they took Him down from the tree and laid Him in a tomb.

And when they had fulfilled all things written concerning him, they took him down from the cross and put him in a sepulchre;

When they had finished doing everything that was written about him, they took him down from the tree and placed him in a tomb.

And when they had fulfilled all that was written of him, they took him down from the tree, and laid him in a sepulchre.

Young's Literal Translation
and when they did complete all the things written about him, having taken `him' down from the tree, they laid him in a tomb;
