So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you also that are in Rome.

Amplified® Bible
So, for my part, I am willing {and} eagerly ready to preach the Gospel to you also who are in Rome.

so, as far as depends on me, am I ready to announce the glad tidings to you also who [are] in Rome.

That is why I am so eager to proclaim the gospel to you who live in Rome, too.
