For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you, even as it is written.

For, as it is written, The name of God is maligned {and} blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you! [The words to this effect are from your own Scriptures.]

For the name of God is blasphemed on your account among the nations, according as it is written.

As it is written, "God's name is being blasphemed among the gentiles because of you."

For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written.

for the name of God because of you is evil spoken of among the nations, according as it hath been written.
