For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge.

I bear them witness that they have a [certain] zeal {and} enthusiasm for God, but it is not enlightened {and} according to [correct and vital] knowledge.

For I bear them witness that they have zeal for God, but not according to knowledge.

For I can testify on their behalf that they have a zeal for God, but it is not in keeping with full knowledge.
