All the day long (olhn thn hmeran). Accusative of extent of time. He quotes Isaiah 65:2.
Did I spread out (ecepetasa). First aorist active indicative of ekpetannumi, old verb, to stretch out, bold metaphor, only here in N.T.
Unto a disobedient and a gainsaying people (prov laon apeiqounta kai antilegonta). "Unto a people disobeying and talking back." The two things usually go together. Contrary and contradictory (Luke 13:34 f.).
