Romans 11:32
For God hath concluded them all in unbelief. Hath included all
under disobedience. First the Gentiles were disobedient, but now were
called. Now the Jews were disobedient, but would finally be saved.
That he may have mercy upon all. God would have mercy on all,
both Jew and Gentile.
