wherefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

Amplified® Bible
Therefore, let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, nor with leaven of vice {and} malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened [bread] of purity (nobility, honor) {and} sincerity and [unadulterated] truth.

so that let us celebrate the feast, not with old leaven, nor with leaven of malice and wickedness, but with unleavened [bread] of sincerity and truth.

So let us keep celebrating the festival, not with the old yeast or with the yeast of vice and wickedness, but with the bread of purity and truth that has no yeast.
