which is not another `gospel' only there are some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.

Amplified® Bible
Not that there is [or could be] any other [genuine Gospel], but there are [obviously] some who are troubling {and} disturbing {and} bewildering you [with a different kind of teaching which they offer as a gospel] and want to pervert {and} distort the Gospel of Christ (the Messiah) [into something which it absolutely is not].

Darby English Version
which is not another [one]; but there are some that trouble you, and desire to pervert the glad tidings of the Christ.

International Standard Version
which is not really another one. To be sure, there are certain people who are troubling you and want to distort the gospel about Christ.

King James Version
Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.

Young's Literal Translation
that is not another, except there be certain who are troubling you, and wishing to pervert the good news of the Christ;
