Galatians 1:10
For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? Is
this his motive, or to please God? If he sought to please men, he would
never have become the
servant of Christ. By so doing he had displeased all his own nation
and brought on himself the hatred of men. See 2 Corinthians 11:23.
