for the perfecting of the saints, unto the work of ministering, unto the building up of the body of Christ:

Amplified® Bible
His intention was the perfecting {and} the full equipping of the saints (His consecrated people), [that they should do] the work of ministering toward building up Christ's body (the church),

Darby English Version
for the perfecting of the saints; with a view to [the] work of [the] ministry, with a view to the edifying of the body of Christ;

to perfect the saints, to do the work of ministry, and to build up the body of Christ
