But let us, since we are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for a helmet, the hope of salvation.

Amplified® Bible
But we belong to the day; therefore, let us be sober and put on the breastplate (corslet) of faith and love and for a helmet the hope of salvation.

Darby English Version
but *we* being of [the] day, let us be sober, putting on [the] breastplate of faith and love, and as helmet [the] hope of salvation;

International Standard Version
But since we belong to the day, let us be sober. We must put on the breastplate of faith and love, and the hope of salvation as a helmet.
