American Standard Version
A man that hath set at nought Moses law dieth without compassion on `the word of' two or three witnesses:

Amplified® Bible
Any person who has violated {and} [thus] rejected {and} set at naught the Law of Moses is put to death without pity {or} mercy on the evidence of two or three witnesses.

Darby English Version
Any one that has disregarded Moses' law dies without mercy on [the testimony of] two or three witnesses:

International Standard Version
Anyone who violates the law of Moses dies without mercy "on the testimony of two or three witnesses."

King James Version
He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

Young's Literal Translation
any one who did set at nought a law of Moses, apart from mercies, by two or three witnesses, doth die,
