American Standard Version
If we say that we have fellowship with him and walk in the darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:

Amplified® Bible
[So] if we say we are partakers together {and} enjoy fellowship with Him when we live {and} move {and} are walking about in darkness, we are [both] speaking falsely and do not live {and} practice the Truth [which the Gospel presents].

Darby English Version
If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not practise the truth.

International Standard Version
If we claim that we have fellowship with him but keep living in the darkness, we are lying and the truth is not in us.

King James Version
If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:

Young's Literal Translation
if we may say -- `we have fellowship with Him,' and in the darkness may walk -- we lie, and do not the truth;
