He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is no occasion of stumbling in him.

Amplified® Bible
Whoever loves his brother [believer] abides (lives) in the Light, and in It {or} in him there is no occasion for stumbling {or} cause for error {or} sin.

Darby English Version
He that loves his brother abides in light, and there is no occasion of stumbling in him.

International Standard Version
The person who loves his brother abides in the light, and there is no reason for him to stumble.

King James Version
He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him.

Young's Literal Translation
he who is loving his brother, in the light he doth remain, and a stumbling-block in him there is not;
