Hereby shall we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our heart before him:

By this we shall come to know (perceive, recognize, and understand) that we are of the Truth, and can reassure (quiet, conciliate, and pacify) our hearts in His presence,

And hereby we shall know that we are of the truth, and shall persuade our hearts before him --

And this is how we will know that we belong to the truth and how we will be able to establish our hearts in his presence.
