He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith to the churches.

He who can hear, let him listen to {and} heed what the Spirit says to the assemblies (churches).

He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.

International Standard Version
'Let the person who has an ear listen to what the Spirit says to the churches.'
