Revelation 18:15

Of these things (toutwn). Listed above in verses Revelation 18:12-14.

Who were made rich by her (oi plouthsantev ap authv). "Those who grew rich (ingressive aorist active participle of ploutew, for which see verses Revelation 18:3, Revelation 18:13) from her."

Shall stand afar off (apo makroqen sthsontai). Future middle of isthmi. Repeating the picture in verse Revelation 18:10. Again in verse Revelation 18:17. See verse Revelation 18:11 for the two participles klaiontev kai penqountev.
